The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
