Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via Royal Mail (UK orders) and other trusted carriers for international shipments.
UK Orders: Free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-9 business days after processing.
International Orders: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers will see shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at info@getfurvibes.com.
After 30 minutes, your order will enter processing, and cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries, but some restrictions may apply. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified before checkout.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. FurVibes has no control over these charges.
Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
FurVibes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getfurvibes.com with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
